Our Principles
Delta Phi Epsilon is built around the values of justice, sisterhood, and love. These three principles are what we strive to exceed everyday and is what built our sisterhood.
Our Motto
Our motto is the latin phrase “Esse Quam Videri” meaning: to be, rather than to seem to be. This motto means being true to yourself, and always being you.
Our Goals
Our goals as a sisterhood is provide opportunities for growth, along with inspiring and empowering sisters to engage in leadership and service.
Delta Phi Epsilon’s Philanthropies
Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation
The National Association for Anorexia Nervosa and Associated disorders (ANAD)
An educational scholarship and educational development programs!
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
We host an annual male talent show called deepher dude to raise money and awareness for cystic fibrosis.
We have a whole week dedicated to this philanthropy and have activities spreading awareness for eating disorders and supporting a healthy body image, along with fundraising to donate directly to the association!
The Lupus Foundation of Rochester
We have a volleyball tournament called volley for Kaity, Kaity is an alumni of DPhiE who has lupus, so this event is dedicated to her with other organizations generous participation to support lupus and send a donation to the foundation!

My job as President is to oversee the rest of leadership team as well as the chapter to make sure everything is running smooth and efficiently. I also maintain good relations with our national headquarters and the school by having weekly meetings and constant communication!

My job as VP of Programming is to organize and plan our sorority’s amazing philanthropy events! This position is so rewarding as I love being able to support such incredible causes and bring awareness to our philanthropies.

My job as VP of Operations is that I oversee all of the sororities finances as well as helping our president make sure our chapter is running as effectively and efficiently as possible!!

As the Member at Large, my job within our sorority is to uphold our values and to be the liaison between our leadership team and the rest of the sorority.
